Andrew is the Chief Investment Officer for CIC Wealth. Andrew has over twenty eight years’ experience in the wealth management industry focusing on value investing. Andrew is also the Chairman and Co-Founder of the sports agency Play It Coy®, based in Washington, D.C. and New York, NY. Previously, Andrew was a Principal and the Director of Equity Investing for YellowWood Financial Advisors and the Founder and President of Falcon Capital Management, Inc.
As a former contributor to Forbes Magazine, Andrew has written numerous articles exploring undervalued stocks and identifying companies that have durable competitive advantage and high returns on invested capital. He has also written about personal finance for professional athletes, often applying similar strategies to help improve life after sports. In addition, he has investigated cases and brought to light several Ponzi schemes and scams involving professional athletes that suffered investment losses. Andrew appears regularly in media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Fox Business, MoneyLife, Barron’s, Reuters, Investor’s Business Daily, Yahoo Finance, Private Asset Management Magazine, Financial Planning Magazine and On Wall Street.
Andrew graduated with honors from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988 and received his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Investments from The George Washington University in 1990. He is also a current Fellow at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. Andrew has been married for 29 years to his high school sweetheart, Lisa and they have four children.
