Executive Vice President
Jeanette is the Executive Vice President at CIC Wealth. Prior to CIC, Jeanette worked with the wealth management teams at Capital One Bank and UBS Financial Services in New Orleans, Louisiana. In early 2009, she transitioned to the independent side of the financial services industry and began building her practice in the greater Washington, D.C. area.
She is a firm believer in placing her clients’ best interests first and foremost and values working with them in a truly independent environment. Jeanette provides clients with advice specifically tailored to their needs. She enjoys helping families, business owners, and individuals navigate the world of defined benefit and contribution plans, plan for the future, and meet their retirement goals.
Jeanette graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Trade and Finance in 2002. She also received both her Master of Arts degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of New Orleans in 2006. Before she began her graduate education, she interned on Capitol Hill for former U.S. Senator John Breaux of Louisiana and then lived in Beijing, China where she studied the Mandarin dialect. She is a Registered Representative (Series 7 & Series 66) of Commonwealth Financial Network and was awarded a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®) designation from the College for Financial Planning. Jeanette also serves on the Board of Directors of The Bayou Playhouse.
Jeanette and her growing family reside in a 160-year old Garden District home that she and her husband have been restoring side-by-side for many years (and many more to come). When she and her husband are not attending football and basketball games or working on their house, she enjoys exercising, gardening, and interior design projects.
